Meet the Staff
Wayne Hoffman |

| After working 30 years
for IBM, Wayne, along with his son Jon, opened the
Hearing Aid Company of Texas in 1990. Under the name Hearing Aid Factory,
they manufactured their own hearing aids in the office
in the on site lab. Business began growing so
fast that in 1994, they changed to a full service clinic
and renamed the company the Hearing Aid Company of
Texas.
Since then, the company has grown, adding
a full service clinic in Rio Grande Valley, Texas and one in
Calallen, Texas and the addition of several staff members. What
has not changed is the commitment to exceptional quality
patient care and state of the art technology in hearing
care products.
Today, Wayne oversees the marketing of the company
as well as the overall organization. He is very
involved in daily business operations and still finds
time to work with patients.

| Margaret
Hoffman |

| Margaret taught school in
Minnesota before she and Wayne moved to Texas and opened
the Hearing Aid Company of Texas. Being a retired
teacher as wells Librarian, she implemented many of the
office procedures still used today. While most
of her time is now taken with her grandchildren, she
still assists with accounting as well as the overall
operation of the company.

| Jon Hoffman |

Jon has worked at the Hearing
Aid Company of Texas since it opened in 1990. He
has been trained to build, repair, fit, and program hearing
aids. Jon will test your hearing and spend time
explaining all the various options available to help
correct your hearing loss. He understands all the
newest technology available and can give you the best
information possible to help you choose which hearing
instruments will suit you best. He will also ensure
you receive the best value for your money. Most
of his time is spent working with patients to help them
get the most satisfaction possible from their hearing
instruments.

Austin |
|
| Beth is the much loved office
manager at the Hearing Aid Company of Texas, serving
patients for over seven years. Prior to working
for the Hearing Aid Company of Texas, Beth worked in
the insurance business for over 20 years. She now
brings her experience to our organization as she oversees
all insurance inquiries, filing, and billing for our
patients. |

| Laura
Ramirez |
|
Laura joined the company
in 1997. Since then, she has attended various training
and continuing education courses to further her education
in the hearing industry. In 1999, Laura received
her Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) certificate and
is the manager for the Rio Grande Valley, Texas office. Over
the years, she has helped many patients in their desire
to hear better and increase their quality of life.

Hall, Hearing Instrument Technician |

Lupita has worked for the
Hearing Aid Company of Texas for seven years. Since
joining the company, she has attended special training
to become a Hearing Instrument Technician. Today,
she completes in-house repairs and programs digital hearing
instruments while you wait as well as scheduling and
patient inquiries for the Rio Grande Valley, Texas office.

| Steve
Hoffman |

| Steve is Wayne’s
oldest son and runs the Calallen office. He brings
his 23 years of medical experience to the teams as
he workd as a Registered Nurse (RN) for 23 years in
Galveston, Texas.
He began working for the Hearing Aid Company of Texas
in 1992, and subsequently earned his BC-HIS (Board
Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist). He
is trained in all the newest technology available in
digital hearing aids and is always willing to explain
all the options available to you to correct your hearing
loss. Steve will also complete in-house repairs
while you wait.

| Carla
Hoffman |
|
Carla Hoffman joined the
Hearing Aid Company of Texas in 1999. Since then,
she has completed many training courses on the fitting
and dispensing of
hearing instruments and averages 45 hours of training
per year. In
addition, she has been completely trained to program
the following digital
hearing instruments:
- GN ReSound
- Micro Tech
- Oticon
- Phonak
- Starkey
- Siemens
- Rexton
- Widex
Currently, she serves on the Board for the Deaf and
Hard of Hearing and her
passion is educating our community about hearing loss.
She earned her BA
from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota and
has earned credits
toward her MBA at Texas A&M. |

| Amanda
Hoffman |
|
| Amanda works in the accounting
department at the Hearing Aid Company of Texas and handles
billing questions and any special projects that come
up. She also attends Texas A&M University Corpus
Christi where she is studying to become a CPA. |
